Position Overview:

A-Maid-Zing Cleaners is a brand new, women owned residential and commercial cleaning company located in Baldwin County. We service the entire Baldwin County and surrounding areas and our technicians are the highest paid HCT's in the entire area!!

We are looking to build a solid team across the different regions, to start taking cleaning requests from customers.  Again! Before, applying please note that we do not have clients yet.  The team is currently being put together.

As part of the Amaidzing Crew, the Sr. HCT/Trainer will perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households or commercial establishments, such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming. In addition to cleaning , the Sr. HCT will be responsible for training all new cleaning technicians in a residential environment, conducting quality audits and inspections at client homes, and providing job shadowing with new technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train new HCT's in a residential environment following a structured training procedure

• Document progress of new HCT's

• Conduct quality checks & inspections at client homes

• Provide cleaning best practices

• Provide on the job, job shadowing to the new HCT's

• Wash dishes and place them in the dryer

• Arrange dishes in cupboards

• Dust and polish furniture and equipment

• Sort clothes for washing and place them in the washing machine

• Organized washed and ironed clothes in wardrobes

• Wash and organize the linen

• Polish silver accessories and metalwork

• Change bed sheets using fresh linen

• Scrub stains and mold from surfaces

• Wipe down appliances

• Clean upholstered furniture by wiping it down

• Disinfect equipment using a variety of chemicals

• Mix cleaning chemicals using safe practices

Requirements:

US citizen/Must show proof of citizenship

Experience training others

Exceptional customer service experience

Experience mixing cleaning products

Experience using professional vacuums

At least 5 years demonstrated experience A MUST

21 years of age or over

Willing to work full time or part time hours

Driver’s license and car insurance

Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
